Orange Marmalade

Try an orange marmalade gin cocktail:

For each glass, combine 3 ounces gin, 1 ounce dry vermouth, 1/2 ounce lemon juice and 1 tablespoon my Mandarin Orange Marmalade in a cocktail shaker with ice; shake well, then pour into a glass.

Mix a jar of my Apple Pepper Jam with some chili sauce to make a sweet spicy sauce for meatballs. Try mixing it with honey mustard and soy sauce to make a dipping sauce for chicken satay.

Markets

I will be returning to the markets after a nice, much needed summer break.

 

For the month of October I'll return to the Tuesday market on October 8th. 

 

I'll be at the Auburn market starting on Saturday October 5th on a weekly basis.
