When life gives you lemons, make lemon marmalade!

Meyer lemons are a cross between a regular lemon and an orange. Which makes them less sour than regular lemons, and their peels less bitter but more smooth. They make a perfect candidate for marmalade!

• Goat Cheese Crostini spread toasted baguette slices with a fresh, goat’s milk cheese; top with a ½ teaspoon of marmalade and top with edible flower petals, fresh herbs, or some sautéed baby greens.
